​Returns & Exchanges
First off, thank you for shopping our women's clothing boutique! We appreciate you supporting our small, locally owned business, and we will do whatever we can to make your experience with our store exceptional.

Cardigan has a 60 day return policy. If you wish to return an item we ask that you please keep your receipt, and note why you're returning the item on the receipt, and/or note. As soon as we receive your package, we will begin processing your return claim as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or worn. Cardigan will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping at this time. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded on your order. In addition, orders over $75 that are granted free shipping will have a $10.00 shipping fee subtracted from their total if returned.

Gift Cards do not expire.

Just want to exchange an item? We can help you there too – simply notate or email cardiganco@gmail.com, and let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to complete your request. The 60 day and item damage rules apply to exchanges as well.

Cardigan reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Intimates – All Sales Final
All sales are final on all intimate pieces. We do not accept returns OR exchanges for these items.

Shipping
We're happy to offer free in-store pick up for our local customers. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be filled. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, we will notify you via text or call. Depending on your desired pick-up time; your order may be ready for pick-up either at Cardigan, 101 N. Main Street, Charles City. Or at Mara, 500 Kelly Street, Charles City. Cardigan has more limited hours, so in the case you'd like to pick up asap, it may be more accommodating to pick up at Mara. We can discuss your preference, when your order is ready to be picked up.

FREE U.S. priority shipping on all US orders over $75.
*All orders will be shipped within 1-3 following business days.
Cardigan carefully wraps, packages and ships each order within 1-3 business days. If your order consists of multiple items we will combine them into one shipment. Most delivery times will take anywhere from 3-5 business days – although, based on your proximity to our Iowa location your shipment may arrive within 1-2 days.

Please note if you enter an incorrect shipping address and your item is lost as a result – Cardigan will not be held liable as the ownus is placed on the customer to ensure the proper shipping address is entered at checkout.

International Shipping
*At this time we do not offer shipping on International orders.

Coupons & Discounts
Coupons and discounts will be provided periodically and may indicate the term “all sales are final”. Typically we include this on large discounts (30% off or more). Please ensure you’ve checked our Coupon page before you use a code to ensure you are aware of all terms associated with the coupon and/or discount.

Mailing Lists
Whenever you purchase a product for the first time at Cardigan or cardiganco.com you will be subscribed to our exclusive mailing list where you will receive first notifications of coupons and discounts before any are published on our site. We do not share your personal information with any third parties and you can easily opt-out of our mailing list by clicking unsubscribe in an e-mail.
