Location:  Cardigan, 101 N. Main Street, Charles City, Iowa  (cardiganco.com)

 

Hours per Week: ~30-35, Must be willing to work Saturdays.

 

Start Date: , August 1, 2023

 

Page Range: $16-$18/hour depending on experience

 

Responsibilities:  Responsible for managing small team, meeting sales goals, store requirements, maintaining policies and procedures (developing when necessary), and having a direct line of communication between team and owner of business.  Take ownership in the success and operations of the business, owner’s mentality.  Making Cardigan a vibrant, trendy place to shop, that everyone wants to visit!
